MAGNIFICENT palace stay!
heavy drapes gorgeous chandelier spacious bathroom cozy bathrobe
I adored that my room had HEAVY drapes and a gorgeous chandelier. The spacious marble bathroom included cozy bathrobes. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to many attractions. The staff was happy to discuss restaurants with me.
The main lobby is a bit underwhelming when entering from the street.

The breakfast features an indulgent spread of pastries. The coffee is gourmet. The legendary Imperial Torte is an ABSOLUTE must-try. The hotel restaurants rank among the finest in the city.

The hotel is located steps away from shopping areas. The opera house is a five-minute walk from the entrance. The bar features live music and classic cocktails each night.

The location was great! It was so easy to walk to many attractions. My room included a very large bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet was a bit repetitive, though it was quite extensive. My room overlooked an interior courtyard. It lacked a view, and the gym equipment showed some wear.

the location was acceptable, it was near attractions.
my room felt old, and it had some stains. the ac didn't cool the room very well, and i found the reception wasn't warm. it was a let down for my trip.
